great help got a broke bike they sent me another

This is my 3rd purchase of an e-bike from them. The apex seems to be better for me than the race bike I ordered first. The range of the bike is really good. Assembly is very easy as well.

I had a lot of trouble with my first Actbest Speedy but they made it right.

It is affordable and comfortable.

The bike is great--my grandson uses it every day to ride back and forth to school, and to baseball practice. Unfortunately, the kickstand broke after five months, but Customer Service replied very quickly that they would send me a new and "better" kickstand--great customer service.

didn't allow me to wait 4 months for a replacement part, sent a replacement bike. lengthy customer service wait due to high volumes but they always returned calls and emails

Received the order on time

The bike has been pretty stand up so far only one minor issue and the company is taking care of that accordingly. It’s a good folding e bike that fits in my little car.
