Sent replacement parts after battery died

Fantastic service and great product. I was really impressed with the built quality and wonderful customer service. Highly recommended if you need s bike, electric bike or bike gear. I bought a Mars. And totally love it. 5 star service!!! I also went back and bought the saddle bag. I am a very happy biker with my new bike.

I purchased the commuter bike and my daughter love it. Ordering was easy, shipping was fast and putting it together was easy. The bike is bright, true to speed and look exactly like the site. After a few months it stopped working but customer service was amazing. I reached out to customer service and they replied fast with troubleshooting and sent a part to replace. After seeing that didn’t fix the problem they offered to replace the bike. Lovely bike and customer service goes above and beyond.

Everything about this company is amazing and I would recommend people to get these bikes because it can get you busy and make you more happy

I bought the bike in may of 2025 Think it was the striker? Idk but either way it was awesome. Had a problem with the battery after a week. Contacted ACTBEST the y sent me a new battery no questions really just showed them the problem thru email, sent a few pics in a volt meter, and they sent me one for replacement. Fast forward almost 1000 miles without no faults running great, back tire was wobbling. Talked to ACTBEST they said take to shop if it’s not too expensive they would take care of Got an ok deal on. Fix but ACTBEST knew it would be a nightmare so they just sent me a new one. This type of customer service is unheard of. I will be buying all my bikes from ACTBEST.

At first I was not happy with the service of this company when my bike broke after just 3 months of ownership, but after taking it to a bike shop and having it looked at and diagnosed what the problem and then contacted them to get part or cable needed to fix my bike, they decided to send me a new bike. so yes they get 5 stars.

I would say hands down the best customer service I've ever had they was on the ball with everything I needed would highly recommend actbest over any other company thanks again for being on top of things

First off I LOVE my new Mars bike by Actbest. It is easy to ride and really does go fast but is safe too. I did have a question about the LCD screen and the customer service staff immediately replied to my email and answered the question. Second, Actbest also sent a free gift with the purchase of my bike which was a quality L/R mirrors, something I had anticipated buying but now saved me money. Thanks Actbest you made me a happy and satisifed customer.
