Great costumer service! My son loves his new bike.

I receive my bike on time. I haven't admit that the bike was harder to assemble than a previous one set up with my sister...the instructions on YouTube were available but a bit fast...I ended up taking the bike to a bike shop because I did not have tool and I wanted to be save especially with by little dog in a basket. I share the bill with ActBest and they reimbursed it, plus a bonus gift ( a phone mount) for my troubles That was much appreciated!

Great bikes and customer service

Bike works well, sturdy. drives well. good price for the bike. I would like more comprehensive instructions better photos/ install videos, for add-ons and putting things together. shipped on time no damage other than that works great.
