Actbest 27.5 E-Bike
I bought the actbest e-bike. So far its great. But I only put maybe 15miles on it so hard to give a solid review. The bike is powerful with a 1200 peak max output motor. On a 10 mile bike ride I noticed I need to upgrade the seat as its not comfortable for long journeys. Other then that I had to re-adjust front brake caliper as it squeeked. Other then them small issues. I would give it 5 stars for the price.

Fun times aheas
So far, it's been a super fun bike to get around on. It's faster than I ever expected. Easy to put together, just remember to tighten the back wheel before riding (not in the user manual and I completely forgot). Overall super happy with it!

Actbest blaze and strikers are the best…
My kids have an Actbest Blaze and a Striker and I can tell you that Actbest blaze and strikers are the best bang for your buck!!!! Super fun and easy assembly! Their customer service is excellent! If you have any issues, they will do whatever they need to remediate until you are 100% satisfied! Update: they sent me a actbest blaze instead of a striker and I sent the Blaze back and they quickly overnighted a Striker to me. Their customer service is amazing. I highly recommend Actbest ! Their logo on the battery is not appealing but I scraped that off with a heat gun and wd40.

I had previously ordered a trike and it…
I had previously ordered a trike and it shipped to me super fast shipping awesome customer service but then I realized after watching videos on this bike that I am disabled and my legs would be hard to get into this bike. It’s a smaller trike for me. I went through customer service to get some advice and help with the situation. They understood my concern and they agreed that the bigger trike would be better for me without hesitation they split the shipping costs with me sent me a label. FedEx came picked up the other bike. I paid the difference between the two and within three days of paying. I had my new trike. This place has awesome customer service. I would highly recommend ActBest! If any of my friends are thinking about buying any kind of electric bike, I will highly recommend them. You won’t go wrong. Truly a wonderful company to order from one of the best CUSTOMER SERVICE experiences. I’ve had with online shopping.! Dottie G

I just wanted to say thank you
I just wanted to say thank you. I got the bike that I ordered Sunday on Thursday and my wife rode it today after charging the battery. Such a great product! She loved that once she set a certain power it just kept it on cruise control for her. Love that the power is even enough for me who is 230lbs to ride it. We got the ST folding kite and it’s so cool!!
