Second bike. Blaze plus said it has 7 gear Shimano but it didn't have the gears at all.

You customer

Received an e-bike with what I thought was a faulty handlebar stem. Reported to their service department and they got back with me explaining that they did not have the part in stock. They inturn sent me an Amazon link with the right part instructing me that if I purchased the part, give them the receipt they would reimburse me for the cost of the part. I searched further and found the part stuffed down in the bottom of the handlebar stem. Reinserted the part an now I am enjoying my new ride. Thanks Actbest.

Was able to talk to the service folks and get the issue resolved.after a short wait.

I recently bought a Speedy e-bike and was happy to see it arrive so soon. The setup process is very beginner-friendly; if you've ever put together IKEA furniture, you'll find this just as easy to manage.

They are very helpful when it comes to answering questions regarding your issues with your e-bike.

The motor died in 364 miles, stripped out. Customer service was courteous, had me go through steps to verify problem which I did, that was end of December. Called twice now, same run around, still nothing from them. Completely dissatisfied!!! The company has finally contacted me and is working to fix the problem. The company is fulfilling their promise, everything has been smooth now and very helpful! Thank you

I have to agree that my first Actbest bike is not of high quality. The motor broken within one year (ride about 5 miles every day). Then I called the service team. I received great service and warranty. Now I received a new bike. It takes around one month. Thanks Actbest service team !
