Omg! Avoid at all costs. The positive reviews are from new buyers, unaware that the customer service is pathetic and that they cannot supply replacement parts. Check their web site for equipment such as LCD screens, etc. Nothing. We've been trying to get replacement screens for 3 years for both bikes. Somehow they can't get the screens but they can keep producing the same bikes with the screens. Go figure.
Ps. Date of experience doesn't go back to 2023

Dear Valued Customer,
We’re truly sorry to hear about your frustration with the replacement displays and understand how disappointing it must be to have been waiting for a solution for so long. We have reviewed your case and understand that your bikes were purchased in 2023. For bikes from different model generations, a display that looks the same does not necessarily mean it is fully compatible. Factors such as the bike’s electrical system, voltage, wiring, and model-specific design can affect compatibility, so we need to make sure the replacement is the correct one for your specific bikes rather than simply matching the appearance of the screen. Our team is currently contacting you to confirm the details and work with you on a specific solution for both bikes. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns properly.

My son bought one of their E-Bike(Oct 2025) and shortly there around March-April of 2026 he started having display battery issues. I cant list the amount of No-answering from customer service phone line or lack of emails not-returned when inquiring about tech support to resolve this issues. Interaction feels like a fraud-front business. We have sent multiple videos following their instructions. The supposedly sent replacement parts but ignored shipping instructions. No items were ever received at the location. CASE # ACTBEST case# 17677. Its 8/29/26 and I have not heard any additional information. I have 30 plus emails saved in PDF, Videos of me and my son reaching out to ACTBest dating from April. I hope other customers stay away from this fraud -run outfit.

I would not recommend buying from this company. Customer service is not helpful. We have had a warranty issue with our bike and it’s been over 3 weeks with no reply or solution. You call customers and they give you the run around. Our bike died while driving down the road and won’t come back on.
Response from ActbestbikeAug 11, 2026
Dear Kayla,
We are truly sorry to hear about your experience with our service and the sudden failure of your bike. Reading that your warranty issue has gone unanswered for over three weeks and that calls have given you the runaround is unacceptable, and we apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this has caused. Learning the bike died while you were riding and now won’t power on is especially concerning for your safety and mobility. Thank you for taking the time to share these details; they help us understand the seriousness of the situation. We will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your case and work toward a resolution. Again, please accept our sincere apologies for the delay and distress you’ve experienced.

Buyer beware
Buyer beware. My son wanted an E-bike. He saved his allowance for months upon months and we came across this brand.
We ended up getting the Blaze 16x4 E bike with a max speed of 25 mph. Total cost roughly $600.00. The faster version with bigger wheels were out of stock for about 100.00 (I'm glad we didn't spend the extra 100.00), but needless to say we were excited.
The bike arrived from FedEx. The box was undamaged, which was a sigh of relief for me. So far so good. Bike was at a better price point, and shipping took 3 days.
My son and I started the assembly process. I give their instructions a B, it could be a bit more detailed to be honest, but I didn't expect the type of instructions one would get when you buy a CNC or anything like that.
We were careful and took our time taking off the packaging. One foam piece at a time, and prior to that we read the instructions all the way through twice to anticipate the next steps. We started lining up the parts on a well-padded mat. This is when things started to get bad.
First, the rear fender was not only defective, but damaged upon arrival. The punch holes made to hold a bracket holds the support beams were completely out of alignment. The side walls towards the rear of the fender were also bent out of shape. I really don't think this was machine made. It was made by cheap hand labor I'm sure of it.
Okay, already I'm thinking ahead about the steps required to reach out to the service team to get a replacement part. I'm busting out my phone and taking photos at this point.
Then it got worse. We fully unpackaged the bike, went to the midway point, then we noticed that the forks were misaligned. The right fork sticks out of the triangular metal bracket that holds it! This is a no no and a tremendous risk to the rider as the front end of this bike is unbalanced.
As a passionate rider of motorcycles, who took his MSF courses and all, I know unbalanced front forks is dangerous for a rider, let alone for my son or a child to ride a 25-mph bike that leans to the right of the bike? Hell, no right?
I wanted to stop the assembly, but my super excited son wanted to see it through. He spent his own hard earned cash so obtained one. It's an accomplishment for him so we spent the time assembling the rest of the bike.
As I reluctantly went along to stay positive, things go even worse, the rear frame of the bike has minor scratches on it. Now the whole picture is coming to my mind like a puzzle being put together.
This bike was either a defective through away for parts bike that was sold or it was a return product by another customer. I'm sure of it now. No right-minded manufacturer would allow this to pass QC to be sold right? Maybe?
Now the bike is finally put together. My son is happy despite the sweat pouring down his face. His accomplishment is fully deserved.
He is eager to give it a go... I'm so reluctant to let him but he charges the bike. While it's charging, I'm already on the phone with the customer service rep. My experience tells me that they are more of an answering service trained to answer few general questions but primarily they refer to any specific answers to their "technical team" to respond and they take 1 to 3 business days?
The hell is this right? I mean, you took 600.00 from my son. You gave a subpar product that should not have passed QC and as most would suspect, we didn't find this out until we opened the box to inspect your product!
I immediately give them photos on day 1. On day two I followed up regardless to make sure they got my email. On day two my son decided to give a little go, I run outside to stop him, and that's when things go from bad, to worse, to absolute WTF!
The rear motor makes grinding, making noises clicking on every full rotation. I tell my son to stop as I don't want him to fall off a unbalanced bike.
He pulls the brakes and oh my god the squeak is unbearable, like the bike doesn't have any pad left. It's even worse as the rotors squeak regardless of whether the brakes are engaged. Unbalanced calipers and bad pads for sure.
I work on my own motorcycle, so I know a thing or two from my own experiences. This is trash.
I call customer support again, trying very hard to maintain my composure as it's not the guy taking my calls fault. It's the fault of the ones who allowed this defective item to be sold. We go deep into details of what I am expecting. I tell them if you want to send spare parts over that's fine, but you're also going to pay for a local repair shop to do the work and I'm not going to take the liability of disassembling the bike further for you guys. I don't work for your company.
I also tell them that the rear fender is as far as I'll go in replacing a spare part that comes my way. It's been 5 days since I even gave them a video for “review". What review is needed at this point? I'll give you a review of how about that and so will the world.

Dear John,
We are deeply sorry your son’s long‑awaited Blaze 16x4 arrived with damaged and misaligned parts and that the assembly and safety concerns caused frustration and worry. Your detailed account of the defective fender, misaligned fork, scratched frame, noisy motor and brakes, and slow follow‑up makes clear this was an unacceptable experience. That a child’s hard‑earned purchase became a safety concern rather than a celebration is especially upsetting—please accept our sincere apology. We appreciate you taking the time to send photos and video; that information is important for our review. We understand the frustration caused by delayed technical review and are prioritizing a prompt response. We will contact you as soon as possible to discuss next steps and work toward resolving your concerns. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we are sorry again for the distress this caused your family.

PLZ READ TILL THE END
I really hope this reaches someone before they spend their hard earned money with this company. I shopped around for my first electric bike and landed on ACTBEST because they had cheap bikes with good reviews on their website. It arrived with a dent in the frame and a busted headlight(not necessarily their fault). Within 125 miles the motor was shot so after some back n forth the offered to send me a new motor. I was without transportation for almost 2 months but it finally came without a sprocket or rotor and I had to pay someone $70 to swap everything over but it's fine cuz I finally had my wheels back. Shortly after this the battery failed. I could only ride it a couple miles before it died so I had to buy a brand new one for $350. At 230 miles the new motor started making the same exact clicking noise the first one made before it took a crap. Within 15 miles the motor was cooked. Now I'm not a big guy and I don't abuse my bikes so this is a clear case of poor craftsmanship and inferior materials. I got on the phone with them again and told them what was going on and we did the back n forth thing again for a couple months and then they offered to send me a whole brand new bike to replace this one but I had to jump through some hoops for them. 1st I had to mail them the battery and key rendering the bike useless. 2, I had to leave a positive review on trust pilot and once they receive the battery and confirm I said nice things about them they'd get the new bike out for delivery. I did what I had to do to make them happy and contacted them and they said it will ship shortly. MONTHS of me contacting them asking what's up with the bike go by and then they randomly contacted me to tell me that they must regretfully inform me that they've changed their policy AFTER promising me a new bike and they'll no longer be able to send me a new bike UNLESS I give them $300. Oh hell nah! I paid $700 for this bike and I had to invest $450 into it and I've had to take a cab to and from work for months at $40 a day because of these people and their trash product so why would I pay more money to continue this revolving door of disappointment? I told them to send me the battery and key and they refused to do that. They finally offered to give me $300 for my $700 bike that has cost me like $2500 at this point. I wanted the battery back because I had just spent $350 for the stupid thing. They ultimately offered me $150 for the brand new $350 battery so $450 refund. I had to accept the offer before they decide to screw me out of that too. The bike has been broken down since March and I just received the 450 this morning. If all of this sounds like a good time to you then this is the company for you. You too can get 250 miles of peddle free riding for $700 and be without transportation for months at a time waiting on parts to arrive because the bike breaks down on average once every 125 miles.
Response from ActbestbikeAug 10, 2026
Dear Nate Johnson,
We’re very sorry to read about your experience with the ACTBEST e‑bike. Reading that the frame arrived dented, the headlight busted, motors failed repeatedly, replacement parts arrived incomplete, you paid for local repairs and a new battery, and you were left without transportation for months makes clear how much time and expense this caused. Being asked to send parts and then facing ongoing delays is understandably infuriating and not the experience we want customers to have. Please accept our sincere apology for the disruption and stress this has caused. We value the detailed timeline and receipts you shared; that information helps us investigate. We will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your case and work toward resolving your concerns.

Absolute Nightmare – Bike Broke in Months, Support is Useless
I am extremely disappointed with my Actbest Core 2.0. I paid $1,200 for this bike, and it completely broke down within just a few months of owning it.The customer service has been absolutely no help. I have been going back and forth with them for weeks, and they even sent me the completely wrong replacement part. To make matters worse, they now refused a proper resolution and only offered me a insulting $300 refund for a defective $1,200 bike.I am still left with a broken bike and no real help. Avoid this company at all costs—terrible product quality and even worse customer support
Response from ActbestbikeAug 6, 2026
Dear Efrain Ortega,

Thank you for sharing these details; this feedback is important and helps highlight where we failed. We regret the inconvenience, the poor communication, and the stress this situation has caused you. Please accept our sincere apologies for the frustration and disappointment you’ve experienced.
