We’ve purchased two bikes from Actbest and they are great for the price and for commuting around. The step-in commuter is easy to use and get used to. Wasn’t sure what to expect, but they’ve been great and while it may take a day or two for someone to get back to you with questions and issues - the service has always been outstanding and exceeded expectations for the price level.

I ordered my bike and the bike arrived on time. The bike was easy to assemble. I took it camping and going up and down hills was very easy. I am thoroughly enjoying my new bike. Customer service responded immediately to help me with my front light. Thank you.
