There was a problem with the bike as…
There was a problem with the bike as shipped. Tech support opened a ticket, I sent a video and they sent me a new display unit and I'm riding in style.

Core 2.0
My husband and I both got a Core 2.0, and the bikes have been wonderful. We enjoy riding them. Unfortunately my husband’s bike left pedal came off the crank mid-ride one day, and both the thread on the pedal and crank was stripped. Thankfully though, after reaching out to customer service, they are sending replacement parts so that we can get back to riding. If you’ve been wanting an electric bike without spending thousands of dollars to start out, these are great.

Amazing bike for the city!
From the moment I received my bike, have had nothing but great things to say about it. Basically it came all prepared in the box with the exception of a few things that did not take much to put together. I use my bike everyday in the city to get from point a to point b. The brakes are amazing the speed control it's awesome. For the price that I paid for this bike I was shocked. I have had electric scooters and one other ebike and nothing compares to this. I highly recommend this bike to anybody who is considering ordering an e-bike. The battery on this bike is amazing I only have to charge it once a week.

My Actbest Core ST 2.0 is a very powerful and fun bike to use. It arrived with a broken screen but the customer support did a great job of keeping me informed on when the free replacement would arrive. Would recommend!
