I've now put a little over 1,000 miles…
I've now put a little over 1,000 miles on my ACTBEST e-bike, and I couldn't be happier with it. I've had a few minor issues along the way, as you can expect with any bike, but ACTBEST, and especially Kaylin, have been extremely helpful, responsive, and professional every step of the way.
It took me a little time to dial in all the adjustments exactly to my liking, but once I did, this bike has been amazing. It's comfortable, capable, and as fast as you want it to be.
I ride mostly in 7th gear with pedal assist level 2, which gives me a good workout and still helps when I'm tackling the hills and forest roads here in Arizona. I get a good burn and work up a sweat, but the bike gives me the extra help when I need it.
What has impressed me just as much as the bike itself is the customer service. ACTBEST has stood behind their product and worked hard to take care of the few issues I've had. Kaylin has been especially helpful, making the entire process easy and reassuring.
After more than 1,000 miles, I can honestly say I'm very happy with my ACTBEST bike and with the support I've received from the company. I would definitely recommend ACTBEST to anyone looking for a quality e-bike backed by a company that actually cares about its customers.
Thanks again to ACTBEST and Kaylin for all your help. I'm looking forward to putting many more miles on this bike!

I had a great experience with their prompt customer service. I am still waiting for my bike to arrive, but I am sure it will be a great one for me, based on other people's reviews on youtube. I've done a tone of research on ebikes in general, and this Actbest bike seems to be a great value by far.

Fun bike to ride!
The ordering was easy. The bike arrived quickly (in less than five days). The bike was very well packed in the box. The assembly instructions were so-so. The accompanying pics for assembly were dark and hard to see what was supposed to be done. Using a white bike would be a better option to help with this issue. I also did not know that this was a PAS only bike. Perhaps I didn't understand the marketing description or that fact was never mentioned clearly. But, I really like the bike. After five rides, I'm still learning how to use it, but I'm getting there. The throttle doesn't work like I thought it would. It's non-functional once you get riding and seems to only really do anything in PAS 1 and PAS 2. All-in-all, I'm having a blast riding this bike. I believe there is great value in the bike for the money.
