This company is the absolute worst. You greedy people deserve to be left behind by a company that actually will make a good product for free. You all deserve to go extinct, truly 2026 and you're charging people to read a pdf?

Be very wary. Signed up for free trial - it didnt work and now I have noticed that they have been charging me £6.98 per month for the last 7 months. They are only prepared to offer me a refund of one month

I am a college student, and I was using Adobe Acrobat to finish an assignment. I started the assignment in class, and it randomly deleted all my work on the PDF. I tried Control Z and the back button, but neither worked. I didn't get that much done, so I didn't think much of it. But I redid the assignment later today and was almost done when it deleted everything again.

Scumbag, lying company that falsely advertises free services when they are NOT free without subscription charges. This is illegal and the company should be criminally prosecuted for fraud!

To edit a PDF, you have to sign up for a free trial that will cost £24.95 per month if not cancelled within 7 days. After entering my credit card details, the software didn't even work. I opened the software, waited, but it remained stuck at 8% downloading - I tried this 3 times with the same result. Eventually I tried answering yes to making Adobe my default PDF reader (even though that's not what I wanted) but the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 is supposed to allow me a free choice between services? That got the download moving straight away but progress is still incredibly slow and my connection is generally fine. It's been 45 minutes and I'm still not able to use the software that they want to charge £24.95 per month for.
