Perfect ending to customer service with Mahak the manager.
Although the app and program didn't work out for me (it did not fit my needs), I really want to point out the amazing customer service I received from "Mahak" who is a manager. He went above and beyond to, 1. Fix what the other staff couldn't. 2. He was very understanding and patient. And, 3. Got the job done instantly. Truly excellent customer service. I was moved around to several different people and it was not until Mahak stepped in that my issue was understood immediately and refunded my payment of $109 instantly. Much appreciated and I think Adobe should know that thanks to Mahak, I was able to come leave a positive review. As opposed to what I would have written in regards to the other customer service. Thank you.
