Their system is so bad
Their system is so bad. I paid for their monthly plan of $25 and used it for the whole month. After that, I didn’t renew it for 10–15 days. Later, I thought, “Let’s give it one more try,” so I paid for the subscription again on 20 April 2026. However, my subscription ended on 6 May, which means I only got around 15 days instead of the full 30 days. I reported the issue, but they said that the 10–15 days during which I wasn’t using their platform were still counted, so they deducted that time from my subscription period.

Hi Vishal — thanks for sharing your feedback, and I’m sorry for the frustration here. What happened is that your subscription renewal continued from your original billing cycle instead of starting a brand new 30-day period, which understandably wasn’t clear from your perspective. That said, we agree the experience could be communicated much better. We’re reviewing how subscription renewals and billing periods are displayed so situations like this are less confusing going forward. We appreciate you giving Acquire.com another try, and thanks again for the honest feedback.
