The team at Acquire does the heavy lifting for you - they bring you buyers. Realistically, most software businesses like mine, would struggle to find any interested party. It's not every day you find people who can/want to operate a software business that also happen to have enough cash on hand to buy one. Acquired totally solves that. They push leads your way and if your TTM revenue is over $100k they even help you navigate the sales process. Ebony was my consultant and was incredibly helpful. Can't say enough good things about her. 10/10 platform and sold my business because of it. Thank you Acquire!

Great marketplace to sell our company. Clean interface and tools to keep initial conversations on the platform until it made sense to connect directly. Glad to have found the right buyer. Shoutout to Allie, our Acquisition Success Manager, who answered all my questions and kept things moving forward.

Thanks, Trevor! We’re happy to hear the marketplace and tools worked well, and Allie will be delighted with the shoutout.

Really good buyer customer service from Harold today, ensuring I understood the reasons for needing to subscribe to a higher tier, and how the upgrade payment and situation at the end of the 12m would work. I've also sat on the seller side of the platform, and although I didn't sell through Acquire.com (found a private buyer through my network instead), Ebony was excellent and I couldn't fault the process, reasonable fees, and communication and support.
Response from Acquire.comAug 29, 2025
Thanks so much for the thoughtful review, Stephen! Great to know Harold and Ebony could support you on both sides of the platform.

Just listed my company to sell it. The process was so easy and I was impressed with the support I got. It has now been a couple of days and I already got buyers' interest that seem have the right buyer's profile for my company. Highly recommend

It has been smooth sailing ever since I listed my startup for sale. Harold reached out to me with some recommendations to improve my listing and attract more potential buyers, which was very helpful, so shout-out to him.
