Everyone was very helpful, I was able to reach my case manger (Ms. Brittany Meyers) or my counselor (Mrs. Vicky Goins) at any time with questions or concerns, during the whole process. There is no paper trail involved, after signing the contract and payment the process begins. The fee I was charged was for a 12 month period. In my case, it took a little longer. American Consumer Credit extended the time, without additional fees. American Consumer Credit, did everything they promised. Most important, listen to the recommendations of the case counselor, forward any information you might have to them or call for advise. Be patient, it doesn't happen overnight. After 18 month, I am finally Timeshare Free. I couldn't be happier :). A special thank you to Vicky Goins, for her support when I had my doubts, Mr. Michael Sorocco (Attorney). We were in a Timeshare nightmare, we try contacting everyone and anyone at the Resort office and to no avail no one would really help us. They would listen to you but not really listen to you, so we got in contact with American Consumer Credit and they were able to get our release from the timeshare as they said they would. ACC came thru for us with flying colors and got us out from under our timeshare agreement. It's a load off my mind knowing that neither myself nor any of my family will ever be saddled with those perpetuitous monthly fees.

The journey isn't completely over but American Consumer Credit has helped release us from the contract and clearing up all of the credit report issues.
