We are working it out...
I am in contact with this company now. I was just talking to the COO who says that he will refund my money and he apologized for the bad experience that I incurred. He actually sound like a straight forward person, and I am looking forward to updating and upgrading my total experience with this company.

Just when you think you have failed
Just when you think you have done all you can do, to get out of a contract with a company, in which we were tricked into and was told we could not get out of it and maybe stuck in it for life. I would like to thank TJ Moore for helping us to get out of this mess my husband and I had got into. Mr. Moore was very professional and knowledgeable with the information he gave. I just want to say thank you, now I can sleep at night. Thanks TJ Moore, Derek Glass and Sylvia Moore
