After having worked for months trying to get out of our time share on our own, we turned to American Consumer Credit LLC for resolution. They were very helpful stepping us through the process. As luck would have it, our time share responded to us prior to American Consumer Credit starting the process. American Consumer Credit gave us a full refund in a timely manner. We worked with counselor Maria and she was very helpful. They did exactly as they promised!

I was very scared & frustrated after signing a contrast for a timeshare property in N.J & evaluating my financial situation NOW & in the future. I have approximately 5 days to rescind the contrast & called Timeshare Exit this morning. if anyone out there is trying to get rid of their timeshare you need to contact the ACC ( American Consumer Credit ). they are honest with the decision they make. Thank you

I went to Westgate resorts in Orlando on a 90 minute presentation on timeshare and I was bought into this time share. A day later at home I decided you what this is not for me I reviewed everything and I said how stupid could I be to be bought into something like this. So I called American consumer credit to find out more information on the cancellation policy. Lucky for me I was transferred to Kristen Sanders and she gave me the best advice and showed me how to take care of my issue and Madelin Allred sent me an email of a sample letter that I would need to sent to West Gate right away while I still had time. Thanks Kristen and Madelin for the all your help.

American Consumer Credit did exactly what they promised. I no longer have a timeshare and couldn't be happier!
