My order only shipped after I emailed Acmefun almost two weeks after I placed my order asking about its status. It seems as though Acmefun needed to be reminded that I had placed an order. Now I will not receive my purchase in time for my event.

This was my first time buying off the site, and it was an absolutely amazing experience!! Postage was so so quick and super easy/simple to track. I brought the Raptidis bodysuit in a size. I usually wear a size 6 and it fit me absolutely perfectly. Running true to size, and the quality of the item is perfect. Will definitely be buying from this site again

Please do not purchase anything from this store Not only did my items take very long to come but when they arrived they where faulty there was a hole int he jump suit. The zip on the dress did not open and the jewellery was cheap and very poor quality almost like a kids dress up box jewellery and stones were missing. Then when u asked to return I was told the dress with the broken zip can only be exchanged and I could get a 10% refund on the jump suit and fix the damage myself and that I must try the jewellery on as I had not even opened the packet. Totally unacceptable and an absolute con. Please do. Not get caught like me and do not buy anything from the store

The bodysuit I purchased blew my expectations out of the water! I love it so much and it was a PERFECT fit! I will for sure be buying from ACMEFUN again.

Great quality, fast delivery

From the start of my purchase, the company reports a processing order time of 1-4 days Monday-Saturday. My order took 10 days minimal of processing time. I reached out to customer service 4 times with no response. The phone number will go to voicemail and never be answered. My items arrived late. I proceeded with the refund process at this point thankful my emails were finally answered after many unanswered. I clearly stated ample times that I wanted a refund. Instead of proceeding with the process 5 days ago, I have had to deal with multiple emails trying to offer discounts or asking why. I want a refund. There should be no back and forth but process moving forward. Even though I have provided dates and concrete evidence of them going against their protocol on their website with processing times and ship out times, they expect the customer to cover the cost of shipping a product back to them. With the heaviness of the items, I cannot wait to see how much more money I will be out. The shipping return location is a unit storage system? How is this a legal operation. I’ve seen an additional person report that getting the refund is taking forever despite it’s supposed to go through as soon as you provide a tracking number. They do not give you the return label. SCAM OF A WEBSITE. DO NOT ORDER.

I got in touch with the customer service regarding a product which was outof stock. the emails i received were so friendly and helpful which made me feel very comfortable and the customer service was amazing! got in touch with me quickly and helped me out. Will 100% be ordering from here again! great website with very nice helpful staff :)

Shipping did come a few days late but whenever I have a problem with tracking update or even sizing etc the customer service team is quick to help me out! Overall the items are such good quality and the sizing is perfect!
