I wish I could give 0 stars! Don’t ever buy anything from this company! I’ve been trying to do a return and I cannot get a response from anyone! They just keep sending me the same generic email about their policies! This company is a scam and has ZERO Customer service. I will never buy from them and I will be telling everyone that I know to avoid this company like the plague!

I returned all my dresses due to the wrong fit and late delivery, but I STILL haven't received my refund! Why are you not processing my refund? It's been over two months! Please get back to me ASAP

I purchased a catsuit from this company. Don’t get me wrong, it was beautiful and I really wanted it to fit. I followed the site suggestion to order smaller if in between sizes. It was WAY too small. I emailed the company in regards to returning and being refunded. I followed all of the instructions online for a refund, even though some of the photos they requested were uncomfortable. They asked me MULTIPLE times if I just wanted to exchange for a different size. They don’t seem to understand NO, I DO NOT WANT TO KEEP IT. They eventually gave me the return address and requested the order number on the outside of the package- fair. I shipped it back, gave them the date I sent it and the day the would receive it. I called the phone number they sent as well, with no answer everyday for a week. They finally asked me for the tracking number of the package. I no longer had the tracking number, considering ALL of their requests and my info to make sure they received it. If you return something to this company KEEP YOUR TRACKING NUMBER. I wish I had known to do so- even with all the info they would not reimburse me. Saying they get many packages a day and that I should understand their dilemma. Well… now I that I wasted $250 and no longer have the piece that I could have easily sold to someone else, I won’t be reimbursed. It took FAR TOO MANY emails to get to the point. Honestly, don’t waste your money.

Unfortunately this is my 3rd review with an update I have returned the items after much back and forth and I have still yet to receive my refund. The items were returned on 2/12/24 and I have been emailing since yesterday asking where my refund is. No one has replied to me. What an awful experience. In all my years as a consumer I have never experienced anything like this. The poor level of customer service is horrendous.

Loved the jumpsuit bought, looks exactly as it does online and will definitely purchase in the future. The fabric is at highest quality, friends who have also purchased from here love the products.
