AC InfinityReviews of acinfinity.com

I have been growing for years and years, I've used just about every line available for indoor growing. I can't believe some of the reviews I'm reading here defiling AC Infinity, I've been using the equipment for quite a while now with nothing but superb results! Their tents, fans, lighting and humidifiers are far above the competition. As far as the app goes, it too is far better than any other manufacturers Wi-Fi app available! Look, I've been doing this for years and you're not going to find a better product and as far as customer service goes, "It is impeccable!" Look if you're reading these reviews because you want to find a better product you can stop looking, I am a horticulturalist with a degree and I'm here to tell you this is the best equipment available in today's market!

Great but don't understand light issue but probably user issue

I’ve had nothing but great customer service and products from ac infinity. A lot of the issues people are facing is lack of research and or simple know how. Ax infinity is by far better then anything for its affordable price.

I came here to read reviews before buying the 1400$ system. I’m glad I did, I learned crappy customer service who don’t stand by product. Humidity issues, tent lighting issues, thanks guys I’ll spend money elsewhere

Ordered brand new 5x5 evo full advanced grow kit because all the great things i heard about ac infinity and loan behold 2 months later i still do not have my product then i wrote a review on there Facebook page which was removed so i wrote another and was removed from the page it’s no wonder all there reviews are good i will not give them another dollar or send anyone’s buisness there way which sucks for them in a Newley legal state of minnesota i should have went with the cheaper Vivosun instead would have things going bye now at least!!!!!! No matter how good the quality of u never receive it , u can’t use it!!!!! But i bet there getting my money used!!!!!!!

2x4 tent perfect! No light leaks at all! Quality materials and equipment all the way around. Fan and 69 controller on point, s24 light really nice and intense.

AC infinity controller is not compatible with HLG lights with either type A or B adapters. I assume it maybe an issue with other brand lights too but that for others to find out who have other lighting brand preferences. My HLG light had turned off unexpectedly for second to minutes multiple times a day when connected through AC infinity type A and then type B adapter. Spoke to AC Infinity customer service amd tried everything sugested, Eventhough communication was good they could only apologise and had no answers to why it was happening. I also belive that the controller is not as accurate as I had hoped for. I have the T7 humidifier, oscillating fan and T6" inline fan all from AC Infinity which I believe work fine because the accuracy is not as important as the lights. It could be that those other connected devices are failing but it's not noticeable and will not affect the plants compared to the lights going out sporadically. After researching a workaround I came across wifi controlled electical switches. Even ones with temperature and humidity sensors which I can bet they work better than the current AC infinity 69 controller. For the past 2 week I've had the lights on the new wifi switch and it has been on as scheduled without any issues. In the end AC has good products but it just fails at the most crucial aspect in its system, controlling the device which matters most. If you decide on buying AC Infinity system, make sure you invest in a standalone wifi switch for the lights! FYI, HLG lights are tested and are very good quality lights as advertised.

Well, first things first, I've just switched over to everything AC-INFINITY. Absolutely love their products. I have no idea why people are still in the Stone age. When they can be tracking all perimeters of the grow in real-time. The controller 69 and 67 and smart UIS outlet are game changers. Not to mention the ION-FRAME 8 .Just WOW!!!They made the whole V.P.D.thing so easy . As far as customer service, absolutely marvelous. Daniel at AC infinity help me out. I had an issue with one of the controllers 2 times and they just sent new products. No problem sent out within 1 day.At no cost to me!! and didn't want the old stuff sent back I can't say enough about AC infinity. Such a great company to deal with. They have made a lifelong customer in me . Keep up the great work. Guys. I'll spread the word the best I can.
