You guys are the best. I received my two replacement cloudray fans. The new style looks great I’m buying two more! I also received my thermoforge and I love it too! Your customer service and high quality equipment is why I have no hesitation whatsoever to buy from you guys. Keep up the good work!

I ordered the Gen 1 oscillating fan. They sent me and everyone else free replacements when the Gen 2 fan came out

My Cloudline S6 fan made a clicking noise when it oscillates. I reached out to A/C infinity and they replaced the fan at no charge.

My T3 humidifier died 2 weeks into this veg cycle, after appx 20 months of use. I contacted ACI and despite the units being on back order, a replacement gen2 humidifier arrived at my house about 10 days later. Having spent around $3k on ACI equipment, I'm happy to know that they stand behind their products.

Just thought there should be a small discount on Gen 2 fans if you had purchased Gen 1 fans. Like a 2% discount since the issues that were corrected were AC INFINITY fault
