AC Infinity customer service is awesome! They replaced two oscillating fans with new improved models! I have a number of AC Infinity products and I plan to add the heater and humidifier Thanks to all the Representatives!

Consistent and Professional
I have had multiple good experiences with the products and customer service. Called on a Friday 5 min before the closed because one item was looking to ship out later than I was willing to wait and they promptly and professionally refunded the purchase and spent all the time I needed on the phone leading into the weekend.

AC Infinity Controller 69 Pro Plus
AC Infinity Controller 69 Pro Plus. The product is well packaged and is very sleek. Now the bad the controller is very unstable and doesn't work very well. The controller will not maintain a wifi connection. You have to reconnect the controller to a wifi connection on a daily basism The controller is a huge disappointment.
