Everything arrived perfect and works awesome. Only have one question. Why is the inside of the flexible pipe reflecty like a kaleidoscope? Not a good way to keep light out. Just wondering. Everything else is perfect. Keep up the good work

First off AC Infinity is hands down the best equipment on the market. On the off chance that something does go wrong, don't worry, their customer service team is just as good. I had a controller malfunction on me not too long ago. Nathan from their team easily walked me through some reset protocols step by step. When that didnt work, he had a new one shipped to me asap. Not to mention a sick pack of their ever so hard to come by stickers (much, much appreciated brotha.) This interaction just solidified what I already knew. AC Infinity is without a doubt the best out there. Thank you guys!

Alex responded really quickly and is shipping out a cntrlr69Pro to replace the cntrlr69 that came with the pro T4 fan. Couldn't ask for quicker or nicer service. Didn't have to argue or anything. Trust me, thats rare these days. Thanks Alex & crew.

If you've purchased from them, you will first notice the shipping Pkg, top notch. The pkg is solid for protection. Just seeing this and the quality of the products has made me a die hard customer for life. The way its pkg'd shows they care for the products and want you to get if safley w/o damage. I have had an issue with one product which was minor, after a hard use by me, what happened ? AC Infinity came thru w/o a problem at all . Great Company you CANNOT go wrong

I have bought 2 builds worth of aci products and I have never felt as good on my purchases. My lights in my veg room work great!! Unfortunately my large room was too big for the light line up at the time but I’m glad to see more lights and products being made/r&d.

Completely misunderstanding and trying to move on without actually listening and getting to my problem.
