Awesome!!! Not only does ACI have the best products in the game but they also have the best customer service too! In my experiences, they have always gotten back to me within a day, answered any questions fully, and they always stand behind thier products. The customer service team is very knowledgeable and always does thier best to take care of any issues

They raised their prices 10%+ the week before Black friday... That's just scummy.

We ordered a complete system less the tent since we are using a "small room" as a tent. After coming up to speed with how each product works, we found that everything is working perfectly and keeping our room very well in range of what we were looking for. However, there is one thing that bothered us....it was the connection to the AC Infinity Humidifier. The design placed the top filler door directly above the AC power and control sections. As a result, it is very easy to accidentally drip water directly on the connections while refilling the tank and this actually will result in premature failure over time. Yeah...I know you have a small rubber seal on the controller cable connection, but it's still not a good idea. I would suggest that you move the connections on the next revision to a more protected place. If the connections are repositioned to a more protected position on your larger model in development, I would definitely buy the larger one when it comes out.

Cloudray S6 not covered under warranty after less than 6 months of use. Fan blade broke with less than 1lb of pressure while cleaning the dust off.

In addition to the high-quality materials and very well thought-out product designs, the customer service is dedicated. Nathan solved my problem within a very short time, without any extra work or anything like that. Every company needs employees like Nathan. Absolutely recommendable.
