I ordered from this company because they have quality products i love the equipment but the wait time to receive your product is insane my package sat in California for days on end and when i emailed to inquire what the issue was they just marked my order as shipped when it wasn’t my inline fan my controller and my oscillating fans have all went bad just because ive had them in use for awhile so i needed new equipment i expected to have my $400 order in a timely manner but unfortunately due to not receiving my products i ended up with powdery mildew and bud rot due to humidity being so high so not only did i not receive my order in time my entire crop is now garbage i really don’t know what else to say other than if you want your stuff quick then order somewhere else because they drag there feet on your order even if you spend a large amount of money i don’t think the people there understand or realize that your plants are like your pets they need top notch care for the environment to be dialed in and yes ofcoarse these products that are sold here are the best i agree but it seems to me they don’t grasp that concept of when you order it needs to be out the door asap we depend on you and your products unfortunately I had to cancel my order and dispose of $220 worth of just seeds alone pretty disappointed to say the least

AC Infintity customer service has disappeared. Not sure what happened, but it seems like the customer service agents care more about the next call then actually providing service. AC only cares about you when you want to use their product, they will bend over backwards for products you already have (prior to July 2024) as everything experience since then has been awful. Awful enough to change everything in 1of the 2 tents i use from them and next year ill change the 2nd tent as well. As soon as they know your not happy they try to get to the next call. Maybe getting actual customer service agents who know the products rather then people like Veronica who don't care. thank you for your service lately it opened my eyes to all the great other companies that work with each other

I bought an oscillating fan June of 2023 and had some issues with it. I recently contacted Ac infinity and they sent me and new one out. I am very happy and feel now that they do stand behind their products. I love the look of all their products.

Truly the best, First of all my complete tent arrived very fast but UPS mistreated my package even though the box very clearly states FRAGILE, I ordered this for Christmas and was very upset, AC Infinity stepped in and offered a replacement and expedited shipping, it wont be here for Christmas but at least I know the company has my back, Will purchase from again in the future and only them. 10/10 customer service.

ACI Customer service is great! The few times that I have reached out, they've been very helpful, quick and responsive. So far the few times that I have inquired with ACI CS it's been fantastic and trouble-free.

My T7 Cloudforg broke after only a year being used. Vanessa, from AC Infinity immediately responded and sent a new replacement unit to me. She/AC Infinity also provided a return shipping address for the broken T7! What great customer service! I will be purchasing additional equipment from them!
