My doctor told me to come to the clinic cast room to pick up an ASO ankle brace. Since a) I didn't have opportunity to do that and b) it would cost me quite a bit, I decided to look online for a source. So I found Achilles Medical. Unfortunately, I am faced with wearing an ankle brace for the foreseeable future. Luckily, I found Achilles Medical to purchase my brace. Our experience was first-rate all the way through - my son fractured his growth plate in ankle and after getting out of the boot needed a supportive brace. My PT brother-in-law said that ASO was the best. I e-mailed Mike with which brace was best and he got back to me same day. On Monday, I told him that my son had option to play that weekend if he was cleared by Dr. to get boot off and hoped to get brace by Fri. Well, we got it on Wednesday! My son has played 2 games in brace with plastic stays and is back in good form! He can take stays out in a few weeks. I can't say enough about the product and service provided.
