I was late placing an order for ankle braces for my daughter and feared she wouldn't have them in time for practice, but Achilles Medical shipped them on the same day, and I received them in 2 days. And, that was regular shipping!!!

I would highly recommend this company. Orders are handled promptly and unbelievable fast delivery. Product ordered is excellent. Exactly the same brand brace that was given to me at my orthopedic office viait for an ankle/foot problem. The price from Achilles Medical was 50% less, than the orthopedic.

I have ordered from Achilles Medical four times now and every time am just amazed at how fast I receive my order and the great quality. I have four children whom are all involved in sports. After several sprained ankles, I tried several different braces and finally ordered the ASO ankle brace. My kids found their favorite one! No more problems with sprains anymore. I highly would recommend (and have many times over) your website to other people. Thank you for being such a great company to work with.

I ordered ankle braces for my daughter for volleyball. During shipping, the package opened and I received an empty package! I emailed Mike at Achilles Medical and within an hour had a reply from him with tracking info that he had sent me out a replacement of my order at no charge, no questions asked. I can honestly say I haven't received service like that from a company in a very long time! I recommend this company and will be purchasing from them again in the future.
