I laced these babies up as soon as they arrived. Now I'm not saying I had instant relief, but after about 15 minutes, I could tell a difference in the pain level in my feet. I have worn them all day at work. There is no discomfort in the fit, and they are laced up tight. I've tried many products including custom orthotics from a podiatrist, nothing has given me relief like these.
