I have not yet received this product because Acemend gave a totally incorrect delivery schedule. Despite paying for express delivery it is almost a month since my order was made. They seem very unhelpful in redirecting it to an alternative address where I will be located for the next two weeks. So for me that is another month of suffering. Thank you.

Surprised! Got it about a week ago and used it to help alleviate my sciatica as the instructions said. The foam was a little hard but it was clearly suggested that it MUST be that way, so I trusted it, and I'm glad I did. I can barely feel any pain at this point. Honestly, I can't believe it. I think people mostly don't fix their backaches because they dont research about decompression (don't worry, i didn't either until a little while ago lol). Anyway, this thing WORKS LIKE MAGIC! Give it a shot if you got back pain

Was skeptical but WOW! After taking pills for a year and doing random painful excercises, this stretcher from acemend is what actually made a difference. Started using it in May and now I rarely do because I'm not hurting anymore! Very happy.

The only thing that actually worked! I've had this radiating lower back pain ruining every day for about a year now, and after I got absolutely sick of pills, I tried the Refresh back stretcher. In literally 8 days, I felt as good as new. I can finally go and shoot some hoops with the kids without being in pain. Very happy!
