Horrible horrible horrible you can never get thru to them I needed roadside assistance I called I emailed I was stuck it's been 3 days no one ever called back or emailed I have the platinum package its worth shit also had previous problems dealership could not get thru to them 2 days then they didn't approve a small item I needed replaced even I have the platinum package bumber to number scammers

This is a criminal company. They don't follow their own policy. I canceled my contract in April 2025, and i haven't gotten my refund. All their employees are deceptive. All their activities and policy are deceptive. Iam in the process of taking them to court. I already told them, they will never get away with my money. Stay away from this fraudulent company. Once they collect your money, that's it. You will never get the services in your contract.

I am currently on hold for Two hours to follow-up up on a rare reimbursement check. Please do you research before you chose a service. Also my dealer is not happy with them. The wait times on the phone is ridiculous.

If I could give this scam 0 stars, I would! I have come to discover through my recent experience that this company is a scam. They are unreachable and no way fr you to file a claim. For days, I have made several attempts to contact someone in the company with no success. They will leave you on hold as long as you are willing to sit and wait, and will never actually connect you to anyone. I will be taking all necessary steps to report this company to any agency possible for fraud. Do not purchase anything through them unless you want to give them your money for free.

Absolutely dont take out a policy with them. They wont pay a claim and when you cancel they won't refund your money. Total scam company.

My name is Cynthia and I tried calling today 2/4/26 and held on line for over 30 minutes then the call disconnected. I also wanted to email them, but their email does not come up. No matter what option I press, all you get is a voicemail message. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. SEEMS ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN. I hope they read and other people read this message and hopefully they will go out of business from no one buying their warranty plans until they straighten up their act and run the company the way it should operate with people who will help customers and answer the damn phone and be trustworthy because right now they totally SUCK AS A COMPANY! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM!

I’m in the same boat as everyone else. Purchased a contract for $1800. (1st red flag) I cancelled almost a year ago without ever putting a claim thru, sent all the paperwork in to get a refund. (after their service fees) they say they never got it. Sent it again months later, they approved it last July and nothing. Haven’t talked to a live person in months. There should be some recourse we have to expose these scumbags!! Now when I call, the automated system calls it A-S-E not ACE. What a joke!

I paid $1780 for a protection plan for my truck. I began having transmission problems so I was told to get a quote and send it over and so I did. They then asked for my maintenance records which I sent them. However, after I sent over my records they kept giving me the run around and now they won't even answer my phone calls or respond to me. The last time I spoke with them I questioned their practices and she hung up on me. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. Check them out with the BBB & DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
