These guys are scammers. Anyone interested in a Class Action Lawsuit?

Awful company. They made me fill out forms, ring back and forth, notarise documents for my refund and then told me my refund cheque was issued and sent in the post April 2025. Its now over a year and I have still not received it. They do not answer my calls anymore. I want my refund!

Rread the contract, cancelled it within 2-3 weeks, well ahead of the 30 day refundable guarantee. Got excuse after excuse on where the credit was, when would I get aa refund. Each reply kicked the can down the road with no results So I contacted my bank, they investigated and ACE blew them off. So the bank took the funds back from Ace and I got a credit in less than 24 hours.

Marcus Miller was very nice, responsive and attentive. Gave a one great deal when I purchased my car at the end of the lease. Platinum Elite, 5 years 100,000 Miles. I have had no claims, had the contract for 2 years and only added 24,000 miles. Sold that car and attempted to cancel the contract and get whatever was left after they take $250 + 10% off the top. Problem is no one answers the phone - you can sit on hold for 2 hours and no one ever picks up. I tried multiple numbers and several different email and nobody ever answers or returns email Funny thing is that there is another extended warranty company doing business out of very same suite at 300 Delaware Ave. Suite 210, Willington, DE. This company is Elite Auto Protect - they claim no connection to ACE Auto Protect - names are too close to be coincidence. They should be arrested for scamming all of us too dumb to have checked them out.

Well I’m in my 4th Week of trying to reach ACE AUTO PROTECT just gave up after holding on for another 1hr45min i know this is a Fraudulent Company but I keep trying, anyone looking for a third party Auto Warranty stay far away from this Garbage Scammer Company Cannot believe they are still in Business why haven’t they been shutdown and Charged With Fraud! Remember ACE AUTO PROTECT They sweet talk you and take your Money and do Absolutely Nothing! My first claim I been trying to put in, in the 2yrs I been with them, and impossible to reach anyone, email or by phone.

If your looking a company that you can trust run away fast. I purchased last year an extended warranty and it was for bumper to bumper. In February 2026 I took my truck to the dealer and a simple repair was denied. My charge was $752 at the dealer but the dealer informed me that they didnt want to pay. I called ACE Auto Protect and they said they didn't cover that part which was BS. The manager said they would give a check for $400 and was issued that same day to help me. Well the check never arrived and I have been calling the company but now their phones don't work and I have been emailing with no luck. This company is a fraud and now they are hidding from me . They won't return my emails nor my calls and the phone is disconnected now. I have been trying to reach them for over a month with no luck at all. PEOPLE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO FEEL LIKE I DO NOW. I will be reporting them with BBB and will lawyer up as well.

I would give zero stars if possible. Requested cancellation of our policy about 8 months in after our mechanic nor ourselves were ever able to reach anyone at this company. Literally tried calling for hours. Ended up paying for repairs ourselves. After such awful service we decided to cancel our policy. Submitted all the paperwork in August 2025. Still have never been able to reach anyone at this scam of a company despite hours on the phone on hold, and countless emails. I have filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau, as my mechanic nor ourselves have EVER dealt with a company with as horrible customer service as this one. They are a complete fraud, do not buy anything from them. They will take your money, and you will never be able to reach them again. There are no words to describe how unsatisfied we are with this company.

I have a 5 year service agreement less than a year old, I had a covered claim that I had to pay because they never got back with the shop. I sent them the bill and they called me and said they would send me a check for the $275. Didn't get the check, now I have called and called to no avail. I've sent messages any way I can.
