The POS system is very user friendly and I have always had very successful and polite customer service. I do struggle with the customer account program on the system. I have had to call a number of times to correct errors. I would love to see a it updated, especially in the payment fields as well as record keeping Thank you Jenafer Misuraca

My call was two fold - updating some customer information which was speedy, pleasant and hitch free Getting a "glitch" in your system fixed. Tech support fixed the issue and all is good in the world!
