Id give it zero if I could. I switched from my carrier to their free phone/service and it was completely useless. The phone rarely had a signal anywhere. When I could make a call, most of the time we couldnt hear each other, and the battery barely lasted half a day. I have a feeling it was never meant to exist outside of a promotion because that phone was not intentionally designed to work as a real working phone. I ordered a Samsung from THEIR website that didnt work at all. They kept making silly excuses and saying Id have to wait another 72 hours before a specialist could help. They blamed the phone not recognizing THEIR own sim card on a power outage in another zip code. Finally I was told I could get a refund and was given a different customer service number to call. No one ever picked up and it went to an answering machine to leave my info. Of course no one has contacted me and there is no way to get anyone to talk to me. I bought a $150 phone from them that never worked and they refuse to fix it or refund me. This whole company is a scam. I rarely write reviews for a bad experience but this has been so exceptionally bad that I had to. Im going to invest some time into letting everyone know how this company is completely fraudulent. Dont make my mistake by ever doing business with them.
