Not only did she act as a liaison with hotel management but she also got them to send photos of the ADA compliant bathroom setup, to make us feel more confident in my daughter’s ability to transfer from her wheelchair and my aging mother’s needs for handrails & grab bars, to make her shower experience easier.

When the problem is on the hotel's end, they call the hotel and set things straight. It's really been incredibly useful.

This is a remarkable site. It has all the feature of the major hotel sites and the prices for reservations are as good as Hotels.com etc. What make this site so useful is the additional free feature of helping you find accessible rooms and then checking to make sure all the features that you need are in place for the reservation.
