Everything was great, except one thing
Everything was great, until we got the final invoice. Without me requesting, the badges were sent next day air, costing much more than was budgeted. It would have been much better if, when I asked the data was needed, it would have been discussed and ship via ground. I'd love to see how you can make it up to us:)

Never using anyone else.
It was a short turnaround project, but we had our passes and laminates in record time! It's really great to have confidence that there's a team of real human beings there that will turn things around right away, with certainty. The printing is always just perfect, and everyone asks where we got it done. We've been using Access Event Solutions for many years now, and I don't think we could ever use another vendor, after how great they've treated us!
