Very frustrating experience when I received my printed materials with the Access Event Solutions logo printed on the back.

Asked for quote and never got one, they told me I'd have one by the "EOD on Monday" and all I got was this survey so 1 star it is.

Not only did it take over a week to hear back from anyone at Access initially, it took days at a time for them to respond to us again. It was explicitly stated at least 5 times before placing our order that we needed colored dots on the bottom of the back of each badge. The colors were different for each person. I had sent the list to be merged that included the colored dot assignments. You completely ignored me every time I stated this, even when I asked if you had any questions. When it became so close to our deadline that we had no choice but to say "Approved," we trusted that you understood our needs. You obviously did not care. We should receive at least 50% off this entire order. You not fulfilling what we asked for caused us hours of work onsite. The entire process was so frustrating. To open our badges onsite seeing they were wrong, it was so disappointing.
