The process to design the badges was great. However, I was sent 74 extra duplicate badges that I was charged for. Also, the lanyards arrived late, the blanks I requested were not included (which I paid for) and some of the foil on the badges was rubbing off when I received them. When I emailed letting them know about the duplicates and blanks missing, I was ghosted. Really unhappy about this.

Everything was great, until we got the final invoice. Without me requesting, the badges were sent next day air, costing much more than was budgeted. It would have been much better if, when I asked the data was needed, it would have been discussed and ship via ground. I'd love to see how you can make it up to us:)
