Great Experience

Horton was always available to answer our questions. He was in constant communication with us, and helped us through the application process. We appreciated the fact that we could negotiate our terms based on competitors offers. The process was quick and relatively easy.

Knowledgeable staff , ease of application process , timely communications

It was impossible to contact Accelerate Tax and they completed the form wrong. Did it myself! Once I submitted it myself then they want to try to get my money!

Process was pretty easy but haven't heard from them or received funds last spoke with then in February. Not sure if receiving money or not.

Getting responses back took way to long. And miss leading communications

Great customer service. Very helpful with any questions I had. Also great timing with returning phone calls.
