Information given to us did not match…
Information given to us did not match what was done after the contract was signed. They told us it was going to take two weeks but up till now nothing has been done.

bad communication and responds
In the beginning communication were good but along the process I couldn't reach the consultant I was communicated. I was promise I would get fast processing and I did not.

Its been over 8 months and still no check and no feedback. I would think there would be some follow up to provide feedback through closure.
