Everything was super simple and the people were very helpful.

In the beginning communication were good but along the process I couldn't reach the consultant I was communicated. I was promise I would get fast processing and I did not.

Is not honest customers service. Mis tr presentation. For the customers.

Its been over 8 months and still no check and no feedback. I would think there would be some follow up to provide feedback through closure.
