Acadium is awesome! I've been a part of the platform for about a year and a half now and couldn't have asked for a better way to learn about Digital Marketing. This combined with some online classes have opened a lot of doors that would be otherwise closed and has also given me great relationships with the mentors that I've worked with. Keep it up Acadium, I'm looking forward to when I can apprentice someone myself one day!

Using Acadium has been such a catalyst for growth in my business. It's enabled me to work with really talented and driven individuals who are hungry to learn and keen to have a real business to try out their new skills on. It's also enabled me to 'test run' potential team members before making a commitment to bring them into the business on a more permanent basis. Where recruiting new team members would have seemed like a stretch previously, I now have 6 apprentices who work within my team on a freelance basis. It's a great foot on the ladder for their new business, and it's great for me to have had a chance to work with them and bring them up to speed during an apprenticeship to check that the relationship would work. And I have no doubt that apprentices have contributed to my business growth over the past couple of years.

The first apprentice I ended up working with was simply phenomenal. He was proactive, provided immediate tangible action items to change, was an active member of our team, and contributed greatly to expanding our brand footprint via social media and in other digital marketing strategies.
