I'm working with my first apprentice through Acadium and I'm kicking myself I didn't do this sooner! He is engaged, curious and motivated to be of value to my business. The hiring process was simple, onboarding easy and the mentorship aspect helps me too! There was a misunderstanding between myself and Acadium regarding the membership structure but customer service was quick to clarify and it's been worked out. Quick customer service is extremely important to me and they've been on the ball since the get-go.

I found out about Acadium in the late fall of 2021. I am a small business and needed help with digital marketing. Acadium is brilliant, they find the interns for you that work with your business and you pay a nominal fee. These interns gain experience and I have the help I need!
