I needed a particular model of a Bosch blower unit for a new stovetop downdraft system. I searched many appliance retailers online across the country, but could not find one that had the blower in stock until I happened across the Abt site. Abt's site indicated that it had just one in stock. Since no one else seemed to have one, I was skeptical and decided to call Abt to confirm the unit's availability. The rep I spoke to was very helpful. He said that the unit actually was already committed to another customer, but was confident that another unit could be obtained fairly quickly. I decided to order one online from Abt, even if it had to be back ordered, because I was so satisfied with the rep's forthrightness and willingness to spend time talking through the issue with me. Much to my pleasant surprise, within minutes after placing my order, I received a response that the item I ordered was being processed and would be shipped soon. A few hours later, I received a note saying the item had been shipped. It took a few days for the unit to arrive in California from Illinois, but the wait was reasonable given bulk of the item and the distance. I was completely satisfied with ordering process, the delivery time, the price (on the lower end of the prices listed on other web sites) and the product itself. In addition, the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend Abt.
