Abt ElectronicsReviews of abt.com

I have purchased appliances as well as various electronic equipment from ABT and have always gotten fast reliable service. I would, and do, recomend ABT to anyone.

We purchased several items; I honestly don't know which one pleases me more. All were efficiently installed and we are enjoying all of them. Amazed that such a large company can operate like a "Mom and Pop" business; everyone from start to finish could not have been more helpful and pleasant to work with. All went according to plan; no surprises. Thank you...we'll definitely recommend you to friends and return to Abt when the need arises.

Easy to browse and compare products. The ordering process is simple; reaching a person with questions about order is also no problem. Notices were sent about order shipping and the delivery process went well. I have no complaints and only positive feelings. I have ordered several times from Abt.

Excellent service every time. Everything is simply taken care of. No worries!!

Excellent service and assistance!

I love working with Brandonn and ABT. It’s why I go back to them whenever I am in need of any appliances or electronics. Their delivery/installers are also top notch. I highly recommend this company.

I'm always happy with ABT. Your product selection and service is consistently excellent. I never even think about shopping anywhere else. Thank you for everything!

ABT shipped my surround sound A/V preamplifer less than an hour after receiving my online order. You can't do better than that. ABT put the manufacturer's carton into a hugely oversized carton. The product arrived in perfect condition. My only complaint (and it is legitimate), is that ABT followed with an e-mail containing a coupon for use towards a future purchase, but the coupon is useless. It excludes 62 brands and most major electronics product categories.
