Excellent customer service, good product

Extremely happy with the whole process from shopping to installation

Honest, fair, and quick. Definitely a pleasure doing business with a stand up company. First shipment came damaged (carriers fault not Abt). Abt sent a carrier out the next day and upon pick up confirmation, a new box was shipped. The entire exchange process took less than 2 minutes.

Paul is an amazing salesman and makes the process so easy every time!

Service provided is exceptional. My orders arrived the next day as promised in perfect condition!!! The on-line ordering process is very user friendly and the variety of product selections is very nice.

I went into ABT to purchase my first D-SLR camera. I did my homework but still needed help pulling the trigger and making the final decision. The sales associate that helped me was knowledgeable and patient. He armed me with more information which was useful in making my final decision. I really like my new camera and I really appreciated his help.
