Best customer service I've ever experienced!
This is one of the best appliance companies I have ever used. First of all, they have online shopping - which is a blessing if you live in a rural area. Second, they don't fleece you on shipping charges. They also don't upsell you constantly or spam you after your purchase. Here's the best thing, though...their customer service is absolutely the best I have ever seen. I bought a microwave and the glass plate inside was chipped. I took pictures of it and put on my psychological armor, ready to do battle -summoned up the courage and wrote them using their website chat function. The person who answered me was quick, listened to the issue, and offered to ship an immediate replacement for the plate - no questions asked. He verified my details and let me know he was send a note to ship it out immediately. Man - if every company was this awesome, the world would be a better place!
