Abt ElectronicsReviews of abt.com

We purchased a dishwasher, range and refrigerator at ABT Appliances. I purchased the dishwasher online after consulting with Michael Velasco. He worked with me on pricing and delivery. We decided that we needed to get a range and refrigerator to complete our remodel and we decided to go to their showroom. Amazing!! The sales staff there was very helpful and accommodating with pricing. Delivery was also very professional. Workers took care of not just the appliances but with the new flooring we had just put in. Definitely recommend ABT.

ABT was the most pleasant online shopping experience I have had. I found availability where everyone else was out of stock. ABT price was lower than out of stock prices at the national big box stores. Shipping was fast and free. Perhaps, best of all, was that they used UPS for shipping. I knew that my shipment would arrive on time and undamaged.

I was thrilled that Abt had the microwave oven I was looking for in stock (I couldn't find it locally or online at other sellers without a 6-8 week delivery estimate, it any). It was the same price with free shipping and arrived across the country from Illinois six days after the order, a day earlier than expected. This exceeded my expectations.

The service was great from knowledge of the products we purchased to the install of the products. Super professional and responsive team! I

Service was prompt, efficient and professional. Customer services even arranged an eariler delivery of my new TV since I was without any viewing options. Thank you Abt store.

Super fast shipping and delivery, product came better than described. It was an open box item, could have fooled me item looked brand new.

The two delivery men from Abt Appliances worked very hard to move our old refrigerator to the basement and hook up a new water line for the new ice maker. Having just moved here we did not know where the water main was. They took their time to find it and did a great job!

We ordered 2 items, refrigerator and oven, which were shipped separately. The frig was damaged in shipping and we received a prompt refund. The oven arrived intact and working great. Customer service was helpful, nice and accommodating. Would buy from them again
