Before my dishwasher went kaput, I had no clue about the high demand and low inventory of major appliances due to COVID. I found the new dishwasher I wanted but it was going to be a month or more to receive from the manufacturer directly. I went in search of other retail outlets online. Many of them advertised having my model "in stock" on their website, but when I'd inquire further they would say they needed to order it from the manufacturer (which I could do myself). So when I found ABT Electronics in Illinois had it in stock (FOR REAL) and would ship to me in Colorado for free, I was stoked! It only took 6 days from the time I placed the order until receiving my new dishwasher. It's exactly what I wanted and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at ABT! I highly recommend if you are deciding whether to use them :)

Communication was great. I love the delivery tracker! Delivery was earlier than estimated, but Dan called ahead to confirm it was okay to arrive earlier than expected. Both employees were super-friendly, did their work quickly, neatly, and efficiently. They wore masks and maintained social distance guidelines. Dan gave me a quick tutorial on how to use the new appliances. He also said he absolutely loved his job and was there for life! That's good to hear, as it means the company that stands behind him is a great business. Feels good to buy from a local company that treats their employees well.

Abt's delivery guy was very efficient and professional. Being able to track the truck enabled me to have a good idea when he would arrive. It was a very smooth process and the dishwasher that we purchased is working perfectly.

I recently ordered a 55in X950H Sony UHD TV and Sanus Black Swivel Base TV Stand. Both items arrived on time and in perfect condition.The price of the SanusTV stand has dropped in price since I ordered mine.I’m impressed with the quality of both items. From placing the order, to receiving the items, everything went smooth as silk. This was my first purchase from ABT but I feel certain it won’t be my last. Job well done, ABT !! Thank You. Jeff S.

From browsing in-store to my delivery - service was excellent. One thing that would have been unbelievable helpful was for the initial sales person to recommend looking into any rebates or discount programs I was eligible for.

We were unable to decide on which brand of microwave to buy, despite the numerous reviews online. The Abt salesperson was very helpful on the phone and answered all my questions. They have knowledge and experience with all the brands they sell. Delivery was on time, quick, and a pleasant experience. We are so glad Abt still is in business, still has fantastic service, and gives free one-day delivery to all of Chicagoland. We set up our microwave and are very happy with it.
