Abt ElectronicsReviews of abt.com

Delivery on time. Courteous drivers. Very happy. 1st time I've ordered from you. I'm still impressed with the online chat as person was so helpful in answering questions, finding solution and even went the extra step of taking order.

I found the brand and model microwave oven I wanted at a very reasonable and competitive price. Great selection of quality merchandise, site was easy to navigate and shop. Their communication was excellent and they offered fast shipping and delivery. ABT Electronics is my go to site whenever I make any future purchases. You cant trust ABT Electronics, you can't go wrong!

Mike & Petrus did an outstanding job. It involved old & new refrigerators, a narrow doorway & a basement staircase. They handled it both quickly and professionally. We were very pleased and told them so.

I back ordered a Yamaha RX-A3080 Receiver from a reputable online business and had waited for months for it to arrive. After waiting 3 months, I decided to do an online search to see if I could find a business that had one in stock. Surprisingly, Abt Electronics had one...only one...in stock. I chatted with them via their website and asked the representative to physically check to ensure that, 1) They actually had it in stock, and 2) That it is brand new. He happily took the time to check and confirmed that yes, they had one more in stock and it was in its unopened original box. That was last week. I received it today, and as promised, it's brand new. I couldn't be happier with the service and promptness of dealing with Abt Electronics. I've ordered from them in the past and will continue to order from them in the future for my electronics needs.

U guys rock. I am so impressed with your overall operation. I was told that I'd receive a text giving me the delivery window. I received the text as promised & it told me that my window was between 12 & 3 PM. Having had ridiculous promises made with delivery times before (not ABT) I took it with a grain of salt & prepared to spend my whole day hanging out in the vicinity of the rental & expecting a follow up text telling me the delivery would be between 4 & 7PM. To my surprise I received a call @ 1145AM from the delivery men telling me they'd be there in 10 minutes. I had to dash out of my house & speed all the way there since I live 15 minutes away from the rental. We were in & out of there by 1205. I was home in time for my ZOOM Yoga class. In my haste I had forgotten to grab some cash for the delivery people so I drove over to ABT that PM & left an envelope for them @ customer service. I was SO impressed with the guy at the door taking temperatures!! THANKS

Very pleased with their inventory and shipping. The item was in stock, shipped quickly, and even double-boxed. A great experience and I will shop here again.

Excellent delivery service.on time as promised.
