Ordered a full Kitchen Appliance set on January 21st, Called and asked if they could ship the appliances they had in inventory first and they did. Got the fridge and dishwasher within a month or so. It will be 3 months before I get my stove and microwave because they are coming together. I know appliances are in high demand right now, but I never received an update and I called what felt like once a week to pull an update from a service rep and it felt like I was getting run down a line. First it was: we're waiting to have the manufacturer ship it, then it became: we're waiting for the dropshipping company to update the order, now i'm waiting for it to get to the local hub AND THEN they'll call to schedule a delivery. If they would've told me from the start i would've moved into my new home and waited 2 months to cook a meal in it, I would've asked for a refund right there, or better yet just not bought from them. Don't dropship with these guys because they won't provide you an update. And don't order from them if they can't provide you an actual delivery date, because then they'll just waste your time telling you it's on it's way when it's clearly not.

The price was great, the shipping not so much on a purchase that they had shipped from manufacturer. The delivery date was not met, not even close. If I were ever to order again I would not order anything that they did not have in their stock. You may say I am faulting them for something they had no control over but they set the timeframe, they gave confusing and conflicting responses to my inquiries and they made no effort at all to remedy anything. They also charge you upon receipt of order, not when it ships, this makes it really hard when your bill comes due and you're still waiting over a month for your stuff. BUYER BEWARE

Shopping experience would have been better if your Customer Service representative (young kid) would have stopped more than once addressing me with the word of "HEY" Like I told him hey is for the horses, not respectful to address it to a customer. Maybe he is used to deal with stupid youngsters of today whom are brainless and smoke everything including hey. It show how nicely they ignorant parents educated them, and so is ABT by not training them to treat everybody with respect, since my little finger has more knowledge than most of today's youngsters have.. ABT should respect their customers, and train their crew to act normally even when they hire morons. M. J. D.

Our air conditioner arrived with an extensively damaged accordion/curtain set up. Instead of offering to send a new one, the representative insisted that we send the WHOLE UNIT back and then they would send a WHOLE UNIT; in the meantime, they expected us to go without an air conditioner. VERY POOR SERVICE. Will not do business again, nor recommend.
