This company became worst appliances supplier in Chicago, very unprofessional delivery and customer service . They NEVER call back, hold time to reach useless customer service is long enough to prep dinner , eat and go for a walk .

We ordered a refrigerator on May 18 with estimated delivery date 7-14 days. When we called on June 26 they said the new delivery date would be July 22. We have called 3 times since July 22 and each time are told that we will be called back with information. They never call back. I understand the Covid19 plant closure issue but not the lack of response from ABT.

My experience with ABT was absolutely HORRENDOUS. I came across the company based on consumer reports that had service as really good with excellent pricing. Not true. We're homeowners with tenants living in one of our properties, had a stove stop working. Upon a recommendation, we elected to order a stove from you all. We were able to get a comparable price with ABT being $19 less than the local store with the installation fee being considerably cheaper. We ordered with a CONFIRMED DELIVERY DATE OF JULY 24, 2020. Only July 23 at 345pm we got a call informing us that our stove would not be delivered the next day but that now it would be delivered on August 14th at the latest. This was unacceptable. We called and expressed that much. Upon speaking with Matt in customer service, we were given the option of choosing another stove which we did at the same price. We were told this one would be shipped DIRECTLY FROM ABT. We were told that this stove, because of delivery could only be delivered by 7/31. Matt made a call to confirm this much. Today is 7/31 and no stove. Not only did we not get a stove, we were not called to be informed that our stove would not arrive. Upon calling to find out why our stove had not come, we were told that the date was unexpectedly changed to August 6th. We now have tenants who were already without a stove for the week plus when this ordeal began, but now it will be another week before they receive a stove which will make it nearly a month of no use of their stove. This has been a complete crap show of service and I cannot understand how people can be expected to be patient with such crappy communication and treatment of customers.

Poor customer service and very deceitful practices. Ordered a cooktop (Approx $2500) and it was delivered to my house on 3/16. The box that it came in was in great condition. My remodeling contractors walked off site on 3/20 due to the pandemic. When the contractors came back approximately 2 months later, and they went to install the cooktop, it was discovered to be damaged. Apparently the original cooktop box was damaged, but ABT repackaged it into another box and delivered it to my house. Looks like they wanted to put the blame on UPS to say that it was damaged during delivery. Due to the pandemic, the 60 day requirement to file a claim against UPS had passed and so I was told that I was out of luck. That's terrible to repackage up a broken appliance and they try to put blame on UPS. Very deceitful and unethical. Reply 7/27: Yes a replacement cooktop was sent, but I had to pay for it. Albeit not the full amount, but a significant portion of it. Even your response is deceptive insinuating that it was a free replacement. Reply 8/6: A GM contacted me on 7/27 to discuss further. He informed me that he would do a little more research and contact me back the next day. I still have not heard back from him. This is what you'll be dealing with if you have issues with your order.

I bought a speaker from ABT in December, 2019. ABT (David Smollen) assured me that the amount including delivery would be one price. To my surprise I was charged extra fees that they did not inform me about. To be clear, this is not the first time I bought from ABT. I bought successfully audio equipment in the past from ABT and have emails to prove it. I am clear on the process and I asked all of the right questions. This time the customer service was terrible and the customer service agent/manager was arrogant in not returning my calls coming up with one excuse after another. If I could give no stars I would do so. My purchasing relationship with them has now ended. David L.

Pretty terrible experience ordering -- cancellation was way more trouble than it should be. Unprofessional processes, reminding one of how things were around 2005.

send me defective Item after reporting issue and contact customer service almost every day for 9 days still cant return and get my refund since they blaming UPS and UPS blame ABT. I purchase few items in past but never have to deal with return and this time i see how poor is there customer service.
